Cell C
Does not what is going on!

Cell c does not know what is going on from the CEO right down to the bottom management. They have false advertising where they state in adverts you can call them and they make promies they cant keep.

I went in store to Purchase a samsung galaxy s4 contract and was told I had to do it online. When I aksed if i could select my number they said yes. I was then told to book the phone online and I would be contacted. I was contacted by Caroline who told me all I could do was keep my same number or get a random generated number. This was in total conflic with what was said in store.

I then asked for the call to be esclated and I was told that her Team leader Zitha was in a meeting and will call me back. I stated that there are so many complaints on Cell C that this is not likely to happen. I am still waiting for Zitha to contact me for the past 3 hours. This seems to be a very very long meeting.

In my opinion, Cell C service is poor from its management down.

I am indeed disgusted at this level of service for a potential customer.
