Out of Box False Advertising!!

I took out a new contract for the new Samsung S4 with Cell C The Glen on the 26/8/2013. I returned the phone with all its contents on the 2/9/13. I asked for the replacement phone as they advertise! The store said that they would have to send it to the repairs centre to have it checked. It was returned to the store and they stated that the phone was not freezing or switching on a off as I had stated when I returned it and witnessed in store by 2 employees! The store then did a cancellation of contract in order to sort out the phone. This was declined. In the mean time I am the one chasing up and speaking to Danell and Khulekani at Cell C head Office on 011 324 8000 for the past couple of weeks. Neither one of them have come back to me as promised! Yesterday the 25/9/13 I spoke to Peter at 011 324 9993 and he told me he would contact the repairs centre and find out what is going on. He did phone me back to inform me that I need to get the store to send the phone back to the repairs centre. I did this and told the store to do this and if they had any queries to phone Peter on the number stated before. I received a phone call today from the store that the phone will not be accepted!
