Cell C is incompetent

I had opened an account with Cell C beginning Jan 2013 for my ipad. It was a R99 contract for 2GIGS. When I got my Jan bill, the debit order was for R188, which I blocked (the bill contains charges of R302 from which they deducted my once off R114 initiation fee). Nowhere on the bill does it state what the R302 is made up of and I only used 1442MB (out of 2GIG) for Jan so I should have paid R99. I contacted Cell C on 20 Feb to understand what is happening on the account. I was given a ref number and was told they would get back to me. They tried to call me a couple of days later but I missed the call. I called Cell C on 28 Feb to follow up and the supervisor told that he cannot assist so he will escalate, their response turnaround is 72 working hours he confirmed. Cell C only called my on 12 March. I missed the call because I was in a meeting. Cell C then suspends my 3G service on my cell phone contract which has got nothing to do with my micro sim contract (I have 2 contracts with Cell C). This issue has still not been resolved. Needless to say, I will be cancelling both contracts with Cell C.
