Samsung Galaxy S4 contract purchase: poor service

I went to Pavilion Westville to purchase the Samsung Galaxy S4 contract Top up 100. I was informed by the sales representative that they can not do it in store and that I would have to do it online. I found this quite strange as the Cell C website states that you can go in store and purchase the phone contract. This is quite explicit. I was then told I must do it online and I would be contacted by the Sales team member the very same day.

I then placed my order around 1:50pm on the website expecting to be contacted in the afternoon. After not hearing anything, I call the Cell C help centre on Sunday, to be informed that she does not undertstand why I was not assisted in store to purchase the phone as it states in the website and adverts in newspapers to go instore. I am also the told that the 084 154 sales number closes at 2pm on a Saturday and opens on Monday and I will be contacted.

It seems Cell C does not know what is going on and it services at the Pavilion branch is ridiculous. They advertise that if you want it to visit your nearest store. It is disgusting that I am then told to do it online and I will be contacted the same day.

Cell C needs to jack up its service.
