18 years with MTN shocking service

Good Day

I logged a complaint on the MTN website on the 24/04/2013. I received an email stating that I will be contacted shortly with reference number REQ:2049755. To date I have not yet been contacted. I am appalled with the shocking service I have received. I also called the 808 number on Fri & I spoke to a call agent & I advised her that I have not had any feedback with regards to my complaint that I have logged. I then advised her that I'm unable to view my complaint. I then asked her to mail me the complaint and to date I have still not received any feedback. My complaint is that I have a blackberry which is now giving me problems and i have asked your retention department if it was possible to upgrade my contract before the due date & I was told NO. I then went to your service Centre and the lady that I saw was very unhelpful and she was not willing to assist. As a client of MTN i was already frustrated with the pathetic service that I have been receiving but the cherry on the top was when your lady at the service desk rolled her eyes at me is this how your clients are treated? I'm an unhappy client of MTN & after 18 years I'm now looking at changing my network
