I have been a contract customer of MTN since the 1990s. On 8 February 2013, I logged a complaint and received a reference number (1737121). I logged the same complaint again on 28 February 2013 and received the following reference (MTN). I logged the same complaint again on 13 March 2013, and received a reference number (1884938). Other than sending the aforementioned reference numbers, MTN has not communicated with me at all regarding my complaint. My contract is up for renewal in a month or two - why should I renew it?
