Incorrect billing of "use your own" contract

I upgraded to "use your own" 2gig @ R99 on 18/10/2013, but I noticed that MTN is still billing me R149 per month. I logged a complaint with the dealer where I upgraded ( /- 10 days ago) who in turn contacted MTN, but I have not received any feedback yet. The dealer number is 231575, CPD number G4724101. I believe that the reference number I received for the complaint is 2979578. Other information written down by the dealer is: Package D2022 (The D may be a J, ugly hand writing), Tariff JN6 (The J may be a D, ugly hand writting).

I also phoned MTN customer care twice- The second time was a few days ago, and upon giving the MTN representative my reference number, he stated that no one has been assigned to my request and that he will phone me back, but never did. I also logged a complaint via [Email Removed] and received a second reference number, but apart from that, no other feedback.

Please take note that if this issue is not resolved within the next couple of days, I will cancel the MTN debit order for all 3 my contracts at the bank.
