Shocking service from cell c!!!

I am writing to report on the shocking and frustrating service I have received from cell c over the last 8 weeks. My blackberry z10 device was handed in for repairs over 6 weeks ago. First I was advised that I was not covered by insurance, only to find upon further investigation that I was. I was then advised my phone would be repaired, only to receive a SMS a week later stating my device had just been received z (implying this was the first time it had been received by repairs) this was on the 23rd may. Since then I have been unable to get any feedback from your repairs dept (every time I try to contact them I am put on hold for over 20 min and in frustration eventually hang up! I have contacted your customer service dept three times already to log a complaint and each time I am assured I will receive feedback, but still no one has contacted me. I have even e-mailed them and still no response a week later! I am absolutely appalled and disappointed at the service I have received as along time client if cell c (over 10 years) and am at the point where I would prefer to move my business to a service provider that cares about their clients and service delivery!!!
