Im completely exhausted and frustrated with cell c at this point!

ive signed up a contract for the blackberry z10 and im paying R369, the lady on the phone has told me that i will get 500mb included in this deal, my past few phone calls on cell c theyve told me that 500mb is not included. now can anyone refer to my initial phone call and explain to me why this lady confirmed i will receive 500mb per month and now im told thats part of a different contract and not the one i signed. If cell c is going to keep this up i will return this phone and not pay a cent towards this contract and if need be this story will be published!!
