Given two wrong contracts and No Response

In November 2012 I was called by a lady from Cell C sales dept offering me a 5GB Contract with 15GB giganites for R189 and I took the contract over the phone. A few days later a guy named Thabo Khuse called me to ask me why I took a 500MB contract when I could have 5GB and 15GB giganites, I told him that I had not taken 500MB, and he said he'll cancel the 500MB and get me the right one. A few days later I received modem and sim whilst using it I realised it was a 500MB contract for R49 which I didnt apply for I called the call centre and they confirmed that it was 500MB, I told them I didnt want the 500MB and they said they'll send me the right one. A few days later I got another sim card whilst using it I realised that this was also not what I had been promised, this was a 20Gigantes contract for R249 I think. I called Cell C about a dozen times trying to get these contracts anulled to no avail. They just keep sending you from dept to dept and no one really helps. They said they were going to listen to conversation in Nov 2012 and its June 2013 they are still going to listen to them, meanwhile I am getting billed every month. All I can say is Trevor didnt help us.
