I have spoken to Mohammed the Technical Manger at CellC and apperantly the the connectivity issues cannot be resolved, but Mohammed has authosied a credit of the purchase. I did try contacting on several occasion but he has since not returned my call. Kindly advise on process for a credit as i did go into the store from which i purchased the data bundle and they refused to pass a credit.
