Data Bundle Purchase

Telecommunications

Tonight I purchased a 24 Hour Data bundle and received an SMS saying that it's all good. --- "Y'ello. You have purchased 24Hour data bundle using 1700 Loyalty Points. Your available Points balance is xxxx points." Thinking that's it, I hooked my phone up to my PC and continue updating services and using the internet. I decide to make a call and unhook my phone. Just out of curiosity, I check how much Credit I have left and to my surprise, -R322.96. Immediately I phone 808 25/02/2013 21h26 (Check your phone call recording) and receive the notification that I "Need to activate the Bundle" So why does nobody let me know I need to do this? Am I to smell that I need to do this or am I just going to have to live with the R322.96 less on my credit? I suppose the cherry on the top is that I'm out of Contract but because I have R1000 credit on my phone (Top-up package) I can't even change to a plain top-up package because then I'll lose my credit (as per MTN Franchise in Vaal Mall Vanderbijlpark) So I'll either have to downgrade to another top-up for another 24 months or forfeit the Credit... Give me a full credit on my account, refund the money I have already paid and I'll go to Cell-C
