False Advertising / Staggered Connectivity

Cell C's recent advertisements are a load of false promises. There adverts boasts cheap rates and having he power in you hands to receive/make calls, messages and using of data to connect. However this is untrue. They deceive you with their cheap rates, but the truth is that you can hardly use the phone as they are consistently issues with connectivity. You cannot receive calls, make calls or use the data to connect to the Internet. They have staggered their connectivity to certain areas and at certain times of the day. I have logged calls, spoken to the call centre managers and it has been a month, and have not received any feedback or been assisted in any way. They make promises upon promises. The question is: cheap rates and no connectivity, or pay a small premium with other service providers and be connected. Matter of penny wise, pound foolish! Please be warned!
