Regretting the switch to CellC

I recently switched to CellC, and I have been having issues regarding data connectivity in the North Riding area. I reported it to the technical guys at the call centre, they suggested a few settings to be changed. I am able to access internet/data almost in every other area, but still not in my home area.
Secondly, I tried calling the call centre again now, but I get a message saying "Sorry. system cannot provide the service for you now..!! "
Please get back to urgently on both issues otherwise I will insist on my contract being cancelled.
