Still no Feedback from VodaCON... and damaged phone

Still no calls after my last post - not to mention the sucky CUT AND PASTE reply to the hellopeter post. I tried to use my camera today on the phone that you "loaded software but did not repair the slide due to so called water damage" - Lo and behold!...The camera is not working. It is giving the error: 'Could not start the camera. Close other applications and try opening the camera again.' Now I have close all applications, restarted, done a battery pull and even removed the memory card with no success.
I had a look at the blackberry forums and they basically allude to physical damage / camera not seated properly. Now I DARE YOU PEOPLE to tell me 'water damage' again as now my phone has come back more broken than it started!!
My camera was working 100% before I took it to your repairs. (I have proof as i still have photos with dates) lNow it is not working. Please can someone contact me to advise how I can fix this problem? I will not wait three weeks again. I suggest you give me details of a shop I can take it to where they fix it same day.
to the public, be very careful of your warrantee, VodaCON will find any excuse not to pay and then they still break things on your phon
