Memory Card and Batteries missing from my Camera

In July last year traded in my digital camera for a small loan. When I got there, the consultant that was assisting me (Bongani) checked the camera, which had my memory card and batteries in hence he was able to check whether the camera was working or not.after the check I asked for my memory card and batteries back but he refused and said, if I'll be going back to collect the camera when I have the money why do I want the contents back. I had been paying the interest amount till the 26th January 2013 when I went to collect my camera and I was assisted effeciently untill I opened it, my batteries and memory card were removed. I then explained this to the manager who was not interested in helping me and gave me an attitude and told me the camera did not come with the contents I mentioned. What I found incompetent about Eric was that when the camere was traded in, he wasn't even working there. I asked for camera footage to prove that there were not contents given to me and he said it can only go back 2months, therefore he was not going to assist me. H e didn't even try to assist by maybe taking my contact details and trying to investigate within their shop. Disappointed for a 'MANAGER'
