Good day,
I bought my camera from Pick & Pay Centurion Hyper on the 29.03.2012. A month ago when I switched it on after using it on numerous occasions it switched on and everything worked accept there was no picture. I took it in to Pick & Pay and they have just called me back to say there is water damage and it will cost me R685 to repair. I am so furious at the moment for I know for a fact that camera has NEVER been close to water. This is absolutely shocking and I refuse to pay so much for a camera to be repaired when I know this was not my fault and I only paid R699 for obviously a piece of.
I urgently need for somebody to contact me or else I will take this matter further.
Disappointing and utterly disgusted customer.
