In november my sim got, i proceeded to contact the call centre to block the sim, where i was advised to take my ID to any branch to collect the sim... being as busy as I am I went in december to do a sim swap which was never done because according to the branch they need an affidavid to give me a new sim even though I was never told about this aledged rule, they refused to give me a sim card yet proceeded to bill me for the next 4 months, their legal depart then told me all my airtime about R500 was taken away yet they want me to pay the whole account, thats Lerato, i advised her that is unacceptable as they refused to give me a service yet they billing me, i spoke to her to her uneducated team leader who told me they can do as they please because they are MT and they dont need to follow any laws, WHY MUST I PAY FOR SOMETHING THEY WHO ARE MTN DID NOT WANT TO PROVIDE ME WITH?? this is unacceptable and i do intend taking this matter to the ombuds! just to prove that mtn is out of place and that they want to give solutions which benefits them as an organisation only, and they couldnt care about me as the customer!! I dont need this their are many other networks FYI MTN!!
