REFUND OF AIRTIME ILLEGALLY DEDUCTED

On 21 December 2013, R60 airtime was instantly and illegally deducted from my airtime when I received my contract airtime which I had not used yet. MTN in Canal Walk informed me that Mira Networks had deducted my airtime without my authorisation. MTN refused to intervene. Mira Networks has been illegally deducting airtime for months from my cellphone. I only noticed that airtime was deducted when my baby was very ill and I had no airtime yet I had just received my contract airtime. I had to drive around for airtime to contact the doctor each day. This is unacceptable and Mira Networks should realise the impact that there illlegal deductions of airtime has on unsuspecting families. I had to contact Mira Networks on 0861106472 to unsubscribe using my airtime, whereas I never subscribed to MN in the first place. This is a call centre number but there are no call centre agents only a voicemail service. MTN should intervene and stop companies like Mira Networks from deducting airtime without people's authorisation. I demand a full refund of my airtime for the past few months.
