On Saturday, 13th July 2013 we ordered 4 pizza's at 18:47, according to cell phone, at 20:05 we received the pizza. The dot was black, which we advised the driver. We asked if the pizza was free and the driver proceeded to give us attitude and said "Don't be like that! Just pay for it". We paid R300 for the pizza's and I immediately called Customer Service. I received a call from the Branch manager, Rajesh (I think) just after 21:00. His attitude was disgusting! He asked firstly why we paid for the pizza? And secondly, why did we eat them if they were cold. When u have hungry children what do you do. He proceeded then to ask me what he should do about the situation. Surely as the Manager, he should have some customer ettiquette! He refused to assist me further cos we did not have the pizza's for them to come and collect and replace. He advised that he would get the Senior Manager to contact me. It is now Monday 15th July and I still have not had anyone contact me. The service is absolutely disgusting as is the managers attitude.
