Mtn REFUSE to cancel my account

In short... account was paid in full 3 months in advance at Bayside then CLOSED in July 2013, then September get a bill including what was paid and another month, this after account was closed. Mtn refuse to help, they keep telling you to speak to their legal team, who just want a reference number that Mtn dont want to give you.

So 3 months were paid cash up front, then a bill comes for those 3 months and more and legal letters and they blacklist you... so we pay it again, so double payments... just to clear our name then close again and insist on a reference number... which again they refuse to give but 2 weeks of trying and calling hours each day we get. So we paid up in full again and closed account again, got a reference number now and get told "YOU WILL NOT BE BILLED AGAIN" and now December... another bill.

So Mtn refuse to help you cancel your account, charge you double for a service you have not used in 6 months and then take legal action against you.

This is not acceptable, and if not sorted out by months end WE are taking legal action. We have all the proof in the world, all the documents to prove it. This has gone or far too long. Mtn is pathetic how they refuse to help you
