Still waiting

It is with great sadness that once again I'm back here after the promise 8ta made to me on hello Peter that my case was being attended to they will get back to me shortly. I don't how long shortly is going to be it's the 25 of April today still no word.

8ta! all I'm asking is that you tell me what's holding everything back so that i can understand at least if i knew that you were waiting for parts from Germany to assemble my data bundle and its going to take two weeks for them to arrive in SA then maybe I would be a little bit understanding please talk to me once again I'm begging you to service me as you client. Thank you
