Auto Alpina Springs
HOW LONG MUST I WAIT

On 11/01/2013 I went to Auto Aplina in Springs to ordered parts for my vehicle. I was told that BMW SA is out of stock and that I should wait about two weeks for the parts to arrive from Germany. I must mention that Ricardo gave me excellent service and has kept me up-to date as much as he could. I am however disgusted at the fact that I have had to wait so long for the parts to arrive, as of today, they still have not yet arrived. At one point I was told that the parts have arrived but are still at customs, then I follow up and I am told that the parts have not even left Germany yet. This is ridiculous, I could have gone to fetch the parts myself and I would have been long back and the car would be running by now. It is amazing how you end up at a loss when you choose not to use pirate parts. I don't care if Germany had no stock and had to make the parts. All I know is that I am paying a little bit extra because the parts are being ordered from Germany. It has been 2 FULL months as oppose to the 2 Weeks I had to wait. SO MUCH FOR DRIVING PLEASURE... IT IS MORE LIKE WAITING PLEASURE! if you ask me. I WANT MY HUBS & I no longer care where you get them from. I"m tired of stories
