Still no response

I posted a complaint on hello peter on 19/12/2013 - Elite mobile responded and said that I will be contacted shortly well I was contacted just to be told "your problem will be solved shortly and I was even told that it was their mistake and will be sorted out at latest the next day" well im still waiting and have made over 20 phone calls just to be told I will be phoned back???
i dont know what to do anymore!
