Claim Still not Complete

Insurance Zone stated on your web page that this claim had been completed when in actual fact it has not. We were told our front and back awnings would be attended to (after hail damage) in the New Year - well we are in the "New Year" 3 months almost 4 months and still not single word from Gawie. When I wrote to him he sent a message via Dean (administrator) to say it would be attended to "Shortly" - whatever "shortly" means to Gawie.
Sine being attended to in the New Year is already nearly 4 months into the year - we are wondering what "shortly" means since Gawie clearly loves to talk without saying anything. Will shortly mean another 3 months wait or maybe even longer! BUT TO SAY THIS CLAIM WAS COMPLETED IS ABSOLUTE RUBBISH - IT IS STILL NOT COMPLETED AND WE WILL BE ENTERING APRIL 2013 SOON!
