Still deducting after I settled my account

I settled my account with Cell C, they deducted once AGAIN from my account. After I contacted them last month for excactly the same situation. I did not budget for this amount thats debited from my account. This is bad for my credit score! I want every single cent back! Bankcharges and the full amount thats deducted from my account! I phoned many times with no assistance! I can not believe this!
