Cell C
Taking R5000 from my account

I received a message today from my bank that R-5, 140.18 has been deducted from my account by cell c. I dont understand why such a huge amount would be deducted and on top of that, on a date that is not the agreed debit order date. Cell c is seriously messing up my credit score and I need to know why. IMMEDIATELY!!!
