Paid in full yet deduct money

I settled the account in full for a printer I rented from Itec. After I settled the amount in full they still deducted the insurance premium after having assured me by e-mail that this has been cancelled. When I pointed out that they had incorrectly deducted the amount from my bank account they assured me they will refund the money. A week later no refund had been made.
