My account debited for an account that was settled

Received a debit order on my account from vodacom for the amount of R 300.00. When i phoned an enquire i get told i owe the amount for previous usage on account that i have settled in full, cash!!

this is madness after i have proof on black & white stating that i have settled the account including the current balance for that month & STILL RECEIVING AN EMAIL CONFIRMING THAT MY ACCOUNT IS SETTLED IN FULL!!

worst of all is i get transferred to 4 different departments & nobody has a clue what to do.
i am not a happy camper.

sorry vodacom but being proclaimed as the best service provider in S.A is not done any justice.

TOTALLY AND UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED!!
