Account settled but more money was deducted

I settled my morkels account about a month ago, end of March, R174.04 was deducted from my account which is a whole weeks petrol 2 get to work!!! for what!? I thought i settled my account? I want an explanation on why my account is debited.

You guys are quick to debit money but when you dont find money in my account, my phone will be ringing with someome telling me my debit order did not go through. I will NEVER in my life open an account with any of JDG's branches again
