Ad debit orde

I got a contract, 2 years, first debit order and second, good, then paid by EFT, but took two months to source the problem, it was on cell c side, acording to Standardbank, then I was handed over to Landau Attorneys, they came and had me sign for new debit orde or EFT and garneshing order, outstanding amount was going to be R 6877.00, I told them the debit order was not going to work, they tried anyway, I ended doing EFT, now Landau ended moving offices last month around the 25ft, this be May, and I did the EFT as per start of all this and I have the statements to proof this but now I owe R12000 because Landau was moving offices and did not get my e-mail of the EFT, now I would like them to get rid off the extra charges because them moving offices is not my expence, and cell c to capture their account payments much sooner than just in one day, I am sure there are other victims of this association with Landau Attorneys, my susspicion is they are working together in trapping people with some sort off to make more than is advertised.
