Incorrect debiting

I contacted CellC regarding incorrect debit orders for my Cell contract.
An amount of R199.00 must be deducted monthly but on 31 August 2013, R251.90 was deducted an on 30 September 2013, R269.00 was deducted.
On 9 October Sindiswa Radebe, of CellC advised that they will credit my account. This has not happened up to date. Every month CellC deducts the full amount from my account.
When will I receive the credit on R122.90!!!
