Took MTN 5 Months, Took Warren 5 Hours

I just experienced what was the worst service ever from MTN SP. I had been incorrectly charged for data on a bill and MTN being as useless as they are, kept sending me from pillar to post only to end up at the same dead end every time. This incorrect data charges caused great stress for me as they kept suspending my line for money that they said I owed them. However, every time I raised the dispute again, they would just come up with a different, irrelevant excuse as to why the data charges were correct. I must have spent at least 10 hours on the phone over 5 months trying to rectify the incorrect charges only to have my lines suspended over and over and over again. So frustrating! Finally, they sent me a letter of demand. They said that they were going to hand me over. I then in desperation contacted Warren Slabbert at the billing department and what MTN SP could not resolve in 5 Months, he resolved in 5 hours. He had time of day for me and went the extra mile! Wish MTN had 1000 more employees like him and less of the useless support staff that you usually get stuck with when calling in. Thanks again Warren Slabbert!
