Suspending a phone line with out any cause

At 24hoo received sms reading your account has been interrupted please contact 8ta
when doing so, there is no one that can answer the question as to why it was done. When all my Accounts have been paid up in full. have phoned about 5 times with no results or any answers. forbid there was an emergency and i need to call someone. what would 8ta have said? Eish im sorry for the inconvenience that was caused?
