My line speed on telkom is ridiculous. All i am reading is complaints with regard to users in the La Lucia/Durban North area. My line was faster on 384kbps and since upgrade the latency spikes make the line totally unusable.

A "sorry for the inconvenience caused" and a request for a user name/account number is not an answer telkom!!!

what is being done to resolve the issue and when will user get what they're paying for?? spend the money and fix the problem because we all have to keep paying regardless.
