DISGUSTED BY INCOMPETANCE OF STAFF AND MANAGER

I must say I am not even surprised to see all the complaints on this site by Vodacom clients, the first and fastest growing cell phone company going down due to incompetence of the staff and management they recruit!! The call centre 1958 where one should call to cancel a contract, I called in on 25 April 2013 and was lead to believe that my contract was to be cancelled and last payment to be made end May 2013, well to my surprise Vodacom messed up and sent me free airtime and now expect me to be liable... what a shame, after calling in again to verify the cancellation I was told that the request had not been capture... whose fault is that?? DEFINATELY NOT MINE!! A month later I called and obv spoke to a different agent in trying to resolve the above issue, he was unable to assist and I then demanded to speak to his supervisor TSUNDUKA NKUNA but he was apparently not taking calls... what if you ask me, what is then their purpose of being there for the agents!!! well anyway he advised the agent that he promised to return my call, well well, today I am still waiting. This is so typical!! Now 3 months later I am threatened to be handed over but we'll see where this leads to!!
