Claim has been processed yet nothing has been said

I got an MTN mobile contract, on the 15 March the handset was reported, Police Ref Number 7932400/03/2013. I filled the forms at the mtn store since then been waiting for my claim to be approved but its all went dead quite afterwards so I don't know what the delay now, the handset was insured and still is, its been a period of a month yet I haven't received my handset. its so frustrating that I'm billed for this contract but I don't have the handset and doesn't seem I'm going to get it anytime soon because mtn just gone dead and I'm not even notified on what the matter concerned.
