On 6th June 2013 we processed a claim for a blackberry handset valued at R5000, we then in turn took another blackberry handset that was of lesser value that the original insured amount of R5000, and nobody informed us that the insured value will drop according to the replacement value of the new handset, at this point in time I am claiming again as G Martin (the user of the phone) has been robbed again of his phone and this time by knife point.

So herein my displeasure, I am now being told I have to take another blackberry handset then a payout of R5000 will be given but if I take another brand handset I can only be credited with R4400... to that I say NO, nowhere on my documentation does it state that I have to take a blackberry handset, and I do not see how I am being told what to take the choice ultimately belongs to me and my son as he will be using this handset.
Had I known this I would have taken my business elsewhere.
IT HAS BEEN 1 WEEK AND YET IM STILL WAITING FOR MANAGEMENT TO CALL ME HOW PATHETIC
