Misleading feedback

On 22 March 2013 I posted a complaint on hellopeter as I had several problems with outstanding claims. On 27 March I posted an update on hellopeter, as I had heard nothing from them. On 02 April they posted a response on hellopeter, with the promise that the complaint was receiving urgent attention and that they placed great importance on valued CLIENTS. It has been 25 days since my complaint and they have NOT contacted me. It seems they simply post the replies on hellopeter to mislead potential new CLIENTS into thinking that they do respond to complaints, but they do NOT actually do anything about it and they do NOT really contact members (sorry.. clients) who complain. It appears to be just a game they play to mislead people.
