Still useless

I love Hellopeter. you don't always receive results from useless service providers but you have there on paper (well, internet at least). I complained about useless MTN and this was their response:

The matter has been escalated to the coverage management team for urgent investigation. They will contact you directly with feedback and an action plan.

Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
