I called DLS support with a recurring issue and Akona was professional, friendly and listened carefully, She assisted me as far as she was able with trouble-shooting my connection but when she couldn't resolve the issue she immediately offered to escalate the problem for urgent attention. I received SMS confirmation of the escalation while I was still talking to her. Well done Akona!
