I have two contracts with cell c and its also coming to and ending in a few months time contacted me last year about my account that is in arrears I advised them that, that could not be possible because its direct debit they then told me there was a 2700 outstanding (this I could not understand because why are they only call now and why are they not deducting) I did not agree for them to deduct these monies and they deducted the monies instead against my own will that was in December then January 2013 they deducted a 500 as well I don't no why and a week a ago they telling me I'm in arrears and that I will be blacklisted and at this point of time I'm trying to buy a house which could affect my credit as well I'm totally appalled at this services and taking this matter further I'm so sick and tired of cell c trying to rip me off all the time this is not how you even treat your customers and if u call the contact centre they can't even help you but they want you to rate them I would advise anyone to even take a contract out with cell c because of this I want my matter to be sorted out. Immediately because I'm going to buy a house.
