Cell C
No delivery. No feedback

I did my upgrade telephonically and was informed my phone would arrive in 2 weeks. After the 2 weeks I called only to find out the phone was out of stock and no date of delivery could be confirmed. It is terrible service to not have been informed thereof, after insisting the phone would not take longer than 2 weeks to arrive when completing the upgrade process. The consultants bad, no-care attitude also did not help. I am considering cancelling my contract mainly due to the poor customer service received from the Cell C!!!
