Absolutely disguested with the attitude of vodacom

I have now been waiting for my upgrade on my contract for 2 weeks. Having been told the phone would arrive 2 weeks ago, I have been to and let down by the staff at broadacres vodacom. i have told them that if the phone does not arrive this week as stipulated by them that I am changing my contact to another cell phone service provider as I cannot wait any longer.
