I ordered a new contract with Cell C, through Cell C direct on the 23 May 2013, and was promised to receive delivery in 5-7 working days. To date 2-weeks have passed, and every time I call Cell C, I receive a different story from the call centre personnel. Excuse 1: The porting on my contract has delayed the process, then they don't have any stock or the phone is on back order, then the next day they have plenty of stock, but a glitch on the system has cancelled my application. Funny enough a work college of mine order the same package last week Wednesday 29th May, and has received his phone before me. I was informed by the sales rep to proceed with cancelling my contract with Vodacom, as I would have recieved the new phone from them in 5-7 working days. Now I have been sitting with no cell phone services for 2-weeks. and counting...
