12 days since upgrade, no phone, no feedback!

Contacted Cell C and completed an upgrade telephonically on 5th Aug 2013. Was informed this is the best way of doing it as then i dont have any admin fees and free delivery. A week later, still no delivery, contacted them and they eventually realised that the 3rd party courier had been robbed, thus no delivery. They confirmed they will resolve asap and let me know. On 13th, no feedback received, contacted them again, oops, they didnt place new order as yet, they will do this. Later on 13th, original representative contacts and asks what phone i originally requested and what the delivery address is, as they arent sure. On the 15th Aug, still no phone, contact Cell C and spoke to supervisor in upgrades department, he assures me that he will place the order and phone me shortly. Aug 16th, today, still no feedback, still no phone, contact and speak to new supervisor and start the process again. Im informed maybe i should go to a Cell C shop and get it there and pay the admin fee. The reason i upgraded with them is to not pay the fee and the convenience of not going to a store. I just get the constant sense that they arent really interested in helping. 12 days since upgrade, no phone!
