24 DAYS LATER AND MY ACCOUNT HAS NOT BEEN SORTED

Cell C cancelled my account on the 1st of April for no apparent reason. They have yet to sort it out, the consultant I have been working through has done a sim swop of the wrong number twice in a row (he has swopped the prepaid number that I had to get as they had cancelled my account). It is now 24 days later and they haven't fixed my account. They have also sent me a bill for April - stating on it calls that I have supposedly made in April but could not have made those calls as my sim card has not worked since the 01 April 2013. I am now considering legal action.
