Telkom Bills for incorrect package 2 x ADSL line

I am most annoyed, I signed up with Telkom on the advertised ''Simple 3 ADSL package'' in March 2013, which included an evening / weekend calling plan. This package was advertised for R399.00 per month. I received my bills (Sent to the incorrect address firstly) and it was not the Simple 3 ADSL plan it was another plan altogether, and then to make matters worse... they decide to charge me for 2 x ADSL lines, wow!!! I ordered the Simple 3 ADSL plan so I can have one Internet line and free weekend calls. SIMPLE!!!
Its now 3 months later and I am still being billed for the incorrect plan and 2 x lines. I am most unhappy and cannot believe I have to call Telkom once a week only to speak to someone who tells me they need to re log a dispute as if no one has ever heard my complaint.
I refuse to pay any bills untill they regenerate each of the three months bills with the correct plan and the second ADSL line is removed.
Telkom you disappoint and frustrate!
