I have never been so irritated until trying to simply cancel my Telkom Business ADSL line.
For over two months now I have tried to cancel my line. I have sent all the required documentations over 5 times and still have been billed over and over for something I no longer wish to have. This is totally unacceptable.
Then I tried calling the helpline 10210, this just further intensified my anger. After an hour of waiting on the line still no success. As my last resort I called the complaints line advertised on their website, guess what! NO SUCCESS just passed me another phone number to phone so I could waste more of my time and money. I am now just going to simply cancel my debit order with my bank! Lets see how quickly I get phone calls from your credit department.
