Irresponsible staff

We cancelled our existing telkom line due to cables been in the area. The entire of this suburb in northdale did not have telkom line. Even after cancelling the existing line we are still being charged. We even got a reference number to say that the existing line has been cancelled. The staff at telkom libertymall are incompetent.
